Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner
Do you know you are more than enough?
I do.
My care, tending, and stewardship begin here.
Working with me is collaborative, relational, and embodied. Your whole self is welcome here. Whether you are tending to something tender, moving through transition, or simply seeking grounding in who you are, this space is designed for presence and connection.
Working with me, we approach emotions as information and lived experience rather than judgment. You’ll be invited to notice what is present and meet it with curiosity and care. Together, we create space to reconnect with what feels steady, meaningful, and true for you.
I am an EFT/Tapping practitioner, integrative art therapist, and somatic breathwork facilitator rooted in the belief that every person holds inherent wisdom and worth. You arrive already embodied and whole. This work is about creating space to reconnect with that knowing in ways that feel supportive and self-directed.
WHAT WE MAY EXPLORE TOGETHER
Tapping with me offers a structured, reflective practice. My work may support you in:
• Clarifying what matters most to you
• Exploring patterns of people-pleasing, urgency, or overwhelm
• Making space for change, emotional complexity, and grief*
• Moving through periods of burnout or stagnation
• Navigating transitions with greater grounding and awareness
• Reconnecting with a sense of steadiness and personal agency
• Noticing and working with emotional and physical tension
• Expanding awareness of how experiences show up in the body and mind
• Acknowledging the impact of systemic and collective experiences such as racism, sexism, ageism, and classism
You may choose to focus solely on EFT/Tapping, or we can integrate breathwork, expressive practices, reflection, and meaning-making. You set the pace and direction.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with individuals and communities across the lifespan, from youth to elders. My work is inclusive and intersectional in practice, centering Black girls and women, people of color, those pushed to the margins, and anyone drawn to reflective, creative, and embodied practices.
You are the expert of your own life. I am here to offer structure, practices, and presence as you explore what matters most to you. I believe deeply in collective and intergenerational care, because we do not move through life in isolation, and meaning is often shaped in relationship.
Creativity is not something you need to earn or perform. It is a way of being and relating, an intelligence that lives in how we imagine, adapt, create meaning, and stay connected to ourselves and others in everyday life.
APPROACH
• Trauma-aware — recognizing that experiences shape how we move through the world
• Culturally responsive — honoring identity, background, and lived experience
• Non-clinical and non-diagnostic
• Facilitative, not prescriptive. You bring your own insight, awareness, and capacity; this work supports your engagement with it
****A NOTE ON GRIEF****
Grief is not only about death, and it's not only personal, but collective. It can arise from any meaningful loss, including stability, identity, health, dreams, relationships, expectations, a world once known, or the future you once imagined. Grief can also be collective, arising from shared community loss, or deeply personal, from losses like infertility, a job, physical ability, or independence. Every person's grief journey is unique, and all forms of grief are valid.
