Virginia Castel-Srivastava

I grew up in Mendoza, Argentina, where I trained as an English teacher. I then moved to the UK and taught Spanish for 20 years.
My journey has been about learning to appreciate my own value and unique qualities to share them with the world confidently.
It did not happen overnight. Despite my original tendencies ‘to hide’ and ‘play small’, something deep within myself - stronger than my limiting beliefs - would push me to make the next step. That´s what gave me the courage to start teaching, go overseas and later on launch “Shine Your Joy”.
Over the years, I've learned a variety of powerful tools which have helped me let go of my emotional blockages and connect to my own light. It is now my purpose to help other women tap into their inner strength so they can, not only feel ‘good enough’ but shine their qualities brightly in the world.
I qualified as an EFT Practitioner in London and I have been a student of Gary Craig´s latest development ´Optimal EFT´ since 2018. I am also a Reiki Master, Moon Mother® and Teacher of Ovarian Breathing, Female Alchemy.
