I’m an Accredited, Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner & Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist working with creatives and specialising in Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating, with a background in fitness and performing arts.

I work intuitively with you to understand, accept and release anything that may be challenging or keeping you feeling stuck in your life.

My approach integrates the mind-body and uses a mixture of evidence-based practices, personal experience and intuition to help you move from frozen to free with effective, long lasting results.

After experiencing and recovering from a decade of eating disorders and mental health illnesses I use my lived experience, training, skills and knowledge to support and empower you to find freedom and thrive.

Only when we clear any blocks and let go of whatever is holding us back can we ask 'What is next'?; Unlocking your true potential by embracing your uniqueness with confidence and self belief so that you can be more, have more and live more.
