I bring my own story with life and EFT to my practice by creating a space where each of my clients make sense no matter what they show up wanting to heal or create in their life: their struggles are real, their pain is real, their fear is real, their traumas, however big or small, are important, real, and make sense.

EFT saved me from an un-diagnosable and incurable auto immune disorder. EFT coupled with meditation, yoga, and a determined belief helped me conquer a panic disorder diagnosis without the use of drugs and transformed sever anxiety attacks every 7 minutes into an anxiety free life. EFT helped shed the grief, trauma, and responsibility I felt from witnessing my father’s gruesome death and aided the release of similar but different thoughts and feelings I had from witnessing and being the caregiver during the 12 years my mother unraveled from early onset Alzheimer’s disease before she passed away. I paired EFT with Specific Thought Meditation, a process that I created to hyper focus my mind, and broke the unfulfilling cycles of bad relationship choices and established the thoughts and beliefs I needed for a happy, fulfilling relationship. I have used EFT with my son on many occasions that have transformed upset into insight. I have used EFT with my husband, and he has transformed his business, income, health, and happiness. I CANNOT image where I would be without all the wonderful energy modalities that have helped me through so many difficult moments as well as aided in creating the best life I could imagine.

Today, I am diagnosis free, married to my soulmate with a beautiful son living in our dream house with our eight furry family members. As life continues, EFT continues to serve me as a tool that I always turn to for re-centering and understanding. I know that I dodge the grief and misery that most endure without these tools and processes. Even though I have been tapping for years (since 1994), I continue to explore every opportunity to dive in and neutralize beliefs that are not serving me by looking at how life shows up every day. I am always grateful for the leap I took, what back then was, doing this crazy thing.

I pair EFT with almost every other modality I use with my clients clearing up and creating peace and tranquility by neutralizing the things that hold us back, or hold us in, or hold us out of all the things that we want in life.
