I'm all about attachment. We are wired to connect, it's a biological imperative. When a secure connection is not available, our systems adapt brilliantly but our authenticity is compromised. Secure attachment fosters authenticity.

I grew up with insecure attachment. I was a numbers girl ruled by left brain logic. After a divorce in my 30's I pivoted from a career in insurance and investments to begin nurturing my right brain. I discovered depths to myself that I'd previously been completely disconnected from. As I committed to repairing repressed wounds from early childhood my world began to sprout. I didn't know it at the time but I was earning secure attachment. My journey of self-exploration continues and over the years sprouts have grown into blossoms that bloom again and again.

Through my inner child healing and repair of attachment injury, I've built up the tools and experience to help you reclaim your true spark - whether that's growing a business, attracting true love or rekindling passion.

As an Attachment Specialist and Somatic Energy Practitioner, I work with clients who are curious to explore their own journeys and courageous to commit to the work - the ongoing process of unveiling your true essence and authentic expression of self in the world.

I bring attuned presence, playfulness and a profound respect for the soft animal of the body to my work. I provide private sessions online as well as semi-private online groups. I also provide attachment-focused EFTi mentoring.
