I specialise in wellbeing at work, having worked in broadcasting for over 30 years whilst bringing up a family. Today our health is vital for effective work. Working through the prism of energy has been a life-changer for me, both at work and play -- and I love sharing it with others. Engaging with embodied shock and trauma, defrosting the freeze and releasing hidden energies longing to express themselves, gives a whole new lease on life. Enthusiasm is infectious. As unique human beings, charting our energy, with the care and attention of a geographer, and using EFT to release buried time-bombs of undigested experience, we discover our worlds and share them to great effect.
