Emotional freedom techniques (EFT) to Reduce Exam Anxiety in Turkish Nursing Students

Self-Administered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) in Individuals with Fibromyalgia: A Randomized Trial

This randomized controlled trial investigated the effectiveness of self-administered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in reducing symptoms of fibromyalgia in women. The results showed statistically significant improvements in pain, anxiety, depression, and quality of life in the EFT treatment group compared to the wait-listed group. While the results are promising, the small sample size and high dropout rate mean that further research is needed to confirm the effectiveness of EFT as a treatment for fibromyalgia.
