Raising and Lowering HRV: Some Clinical Findings of Thought Field Therapy (TFT)

This clinical report explores the effects of Thought Field Therapy (TFT) on heart rate variability (HRV), finding that TFT can both raise and lower HRV depending on the treatment. The report suggests that TFT works by inputting a specific code that affects the healing system, and that HRV may be a measure of overall physical and mental health. TFT is shown to yield rapid results, sometimes in just seconds, and can even counteract the negative effects of toxins on HRV. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is considered to be a more simplified form of TFT.

Heart Rate Variability as an Outcome Measure for Thought Field Therapy in Clinical Practice: A Review

The case study explores the effects of Thought Field Therapy (TFT) on heart rate variability (HRV) in 20 patients with psychological problems, including some with diagnosed heart conditions. The results show significant improvements in HRV after TFT treatment, which correspond with patients' reports of reduced distress. The study suggests that HRV may be a useful objective measure of psychotherapy efficacy and encourages further research on TFT and HRV. The summary page includes a second review by Dr. Roger Callahan.
