Summary: A study involving 138 Canadian secondary school students explored the impact of teaching Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to reduce stress and test anxiety. Most students found EFT helpful, with 67% recommending it be taught in schools and many using it to cope with school-related stressors. Students suggested smaller groups (63%) and one-on-one assistance (33%) would enhance their learning experience. Despite quantitative data issues, qualitative feedback highlighted EFT's potential as a stress-reduction tool. Further research is recommended to determine optimal implementation and age groups for EFT training.
