Comparing the Effect of Emotional Freedom Technique on Sleep Quality and Happiness of Women Undergoing Breast Cancer Surgery in Military and Non-Military Families:

Summary: This study compared the effects of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) on sleep quality and happiness in women who underwent breast cancer surgery, with participants from both military and nonmilitary families. Results showed significant improvements in both sleep quality and happiness in the intervention groups, suggesting EFT as an effective technique for enhancing the well-being of cancer patients, regardless of their family background.
