Summary: The study evaluates the impact of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) on reducing fear of childbirth among first-time mothers in Iran. Results show that a 12-week EFT program significantly decreased fear levels before and after delivery compared to a control group.
The findings suggest EFT as an effective intervention to improve mental health during pregnancy and postpartum.
