Effectiveness of Add-on Emotional Freedom Technique on Reduction of Depression: A Quasi-Experimental Study

Summary: This study demonstrated that incorporating Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as an add-on therapy alongside conventional treatment significantly improved depression levels in patients, as shown by reduced scores on the Beck Depression Inventory. Predictive factors such as younger age and educational background also influenced the outcomes.
