Summary: A study on the effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) on suicidal ideation among young adults found that EFT significantly reduced suicidal thoughts and symptoms of depression and anxiety. The intervention group showed improvement in emotional regulation and coping skills. The study suggests that EFT can be a useful adjunctive treatment for reducing suicidal ideation in young adults. Overall, the findings indicate that EFT may be a valuable tool in supporting mental health interventions for young adults at risk of suicide.
