Summary: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in reducing depression, anxiety, and stress among students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Forty-five students with moderate to severe symptoms were assigned to three experimental groups and received 16 online EFT sessions. The results showed significant improvements in symptoms, with participants' scores dropping from severe to normal or mild levels of depression, anxiety, and stress. The study concluded that EFT is an effective intervention for reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress, and the researcher plans to develop an intervention program called "Psychological Acupuncture for Comfort" based on the findings.
