Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as an Effective Adjunctive Treatment in the Neurotherapeutic Treatment of Seizure Disorders

Summary: Brainwave biofeedback has been shown to effectively treat seizure disorders by increasing the Sensory Motor Rhythm (SMR) in the brain. Research found that Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also increases SMR amplitude, a key component of seizure treatment. This suggests EFT may have potential benefits for treating seizure disorders, warranting further review and research.
