Pain and Anxiety Reduction of First Stage Maternity Mothers Using SEFT Intervention

Summary: This study compared the effectiveness of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) and spiritual intervention in reducing pain and anxiety during childbirth. The study involved 36 mothers giving birth, divided into two groups: SEFT intervention and spiritual intervention. The results showed that SEFT was more effective in reducing pain intensity and maternal anxiety compared to spiritual intervention. SEFT intervention proved to be a better approach in managing pain and anxiety during the first stage of childbirth.
