Psychological Symptom Change After Group Application of Emotional Freedom Techniques

Summary: A 2005 study by J.E. Rowe found that Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) significantly improved psychological symptoms like depression and anxiety in participants. A follow-up study replicated these findings with different instructors, showing significant symptom reduction after workshops and long-term gains. The results suggest EFT can be effective in reducing psychological symptoms when taught by various individuals, not just its founder.
