Raising and Lowering HRV: Some Clinical Findings of Thought Field Therapy (TFT)

Summary: This clinical report explores the effects of Thought Field Therapy (TFT) on heart rate variability (HRV), finding that TFT can both raise and lower HRV depending on the treatment. The report suggests that TFT works by inputting a specific code that affects the healing system, and that HRV may be a measure of overall physical and mental health. TFT is shown to yield rapid results, sometimes in just seconds, and can even counteract the negative effects of toxins on HRV.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is considered to be a more simplified form of TFT.
