Reducing State Communication Anxiety For Public Speakers: An Energy Psychology Pilot Study

Summary: A pilot study explored the effectiveness of Primordial Energy Activation and Transcendence in reducing public speaking anxiety. The results showed a significant decrease in speech anxiety from pretest to posttest. The study used a mixed-method approach to assess the technique's efficacy. Participants reported reduced anxiety after using the technique, and their feedback was gathered through interviews. The study's findings suggest potential benefits, but further research is needed to confirm the results.
