SEFT as an Effort to Overcome the Manifestations of Burnout Syndrome

Summary: This literature review study explores the use of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) as a therapeutic approach to address burnout syndrome, a response to chronic work-related stress. The review analyzed 10 articles published between 2016 and 2023. The conclusion emphasizes that SEFT is effective in bridging mind-body healing gaps by treating energy system disruptions and eliminating negative emotions, offering a promising solution for managing burnout symptoms.
