Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique against Anxiety and Psychological Well-being of Type 2 DM Patients during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Summary: The study analysed the effect of the spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT) on anxiety and psychological well-being in patients with type 2 diabetes during the COVID-19 pandemic. SEFT significantly reduced anxiety levels and improved psychological well-being in the intervention group, while no notable changes were observed in the control group. These findings suggest SEFT is an effective method for supporting the mental health of patients with type 2 diabetes during challenging times.
