Synchronized Interaction of the Stomach and Mind: A Case Study on EFT Intervention with an Individual Diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Summary: The case study explores the use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as a psychological intervention for an individual diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). After four EFT sessions over four weeks, the client showed significant improvements in symptoms like stomach pain and irregular bowel movements, as well as emotional well-being. The study highlights the potential of EFT as a complementary treatment for IBS, with further research recommended to validate its effectiveness.
