The Effect of Emotional Freedom Techniques on Fatigue Among Women with Multiple Sclerosis: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Summary: This study evaluated the impact of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) on fatigue severity in women with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) through a randomized controlled trial. Results showed significant reductions in fatigue scores immediately and four weeks post-intervention in the EFT group compared to the sham group.

The findings suggest EFT is an effective, safe, and convenient method for self-managing fatigue in MS patients, recommended for bedside use by nurses.
