The Effect of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (Seft) on Anxiety During the Active Phase I Labor

Summary: Anxiety is common in maternity mothers and can lead to physical and psychological issues, including increased pain and longer labor. A study investigated the effect of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) on anxiety in mothers during active phase I labor.

The results showed a significant reduction in anxiety scores after SEFT therapy, from an average of 24.44 to 19.06. The study concluded that SEFT is effective in reducing maternal anxiety during labor by promoting relaxation and calmness.
