The Effectiveness of ‘’EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques’’ in People with Phobias, Dialogues in Clinical Neuroscience & Mental Health

Summary: This qualitative study explored the experiences of 7 individuals with phobias who received Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) treatment, finding that EFT was a significant and effective method for managing phobias. The results showed that 3 participants reported complete and immediate treatment of their phobia, while others experienced varying degrees of improvement, with benefits including relief, relaxation, and reduction of intense emotions and fear. The study highlights the potential of EFT as a therapeutic method for treating phobias, with participants incorporating it into their daily lives and recommending it to others for managing physical and emotional issues.
