The Effects of Emotional Freedom Technique on Pelvic Pain and Quality of Life in Women Diagnosed with Endometriosis: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

Summary: The study involved 64 women with endometriosis-related pelvic pain, randomly assigned to EFT or control groups. The EFT group received two sessions and daily affirmation practices, while the control group performed breathing exercises.

Results showed significant reductions in pain intensity and improvements in QoL parameters, including physical functioning and emotional well-being. EFT may be a beneficial complementary intervention for managing endometriosis symptoms, with no reported adverse effects.
