Level 1 EFT Training Course

Event Description:

LEVEL 1 EFT TRAINING WITH KESTA
Two days of in-person experiential training across consecutive Saturdays to support integration & practice between the workshops and build participant confidence.

This training is part of a two-level progressive course, but can be done on its own by anyone wanting to dip their toe in and learn the basics of EFT without having to commit to doing practitioner-level training (Level 2) at the outset. Level 1 is an introduction to foundational EFT skills. You will learn basic EFT enough to start assisting yourself, family and friends in a non-professional capacity. It is a pre-requisite for Level 2 training.
