Level 1 EFT Training Course

Event Description:

Whether you’re seeking personal growth or you’re a professional wanting to add EFT to your toolkit, EFT Level 1 is the foundational first step in EFT International training. Learn the tried-and-true basics of EFT Tapping so you can begin using EFT effectively for your own self-care and emotional regulation, and to support family and friends in a non-professional way.

Level 1 is the starting point and prerequisite for Level 2, should you decide you’d like to progress towards a deeper skillset or practitioner level training.

As an integrative somatic psychotherapist, I bring depth and a strong mind–body lens to the training, highlighting how emotions shape both mental and physical well-being.

This accredited training is highly experiential and practical, with live demonstrations, paired/triad practice, and personalised feedback in a small, supportive group.
