Theme: Come join the super short and sweet Lunch Time Tapping each Wednesdays, for a midweek/midday selfcare and reset. We will be Tapping a long a short video, exploring some effective, cutting edge yet ancient, polyvagal and trauma informed, nerve soothing, brain balancing techniques to enhance our resiliency and better manage our daily stress.
