This Level One course conforms to the rigorous certification training stipulated by EFT International, the world’s leading professional EFT organisation.

Level 1 is an introductory course which teaches you basic EFT techniques for you to use for yourself, friends and family. It is a prerequisite to complete Level 1 before doing EFTi Level 2.

About me: I’m in my happy place when teaching and helping people. In this course I combine my teaching skills from my former career teaching adults English in Asia with my experience as an EFT practitioner helping women overcome their blocks to leading lives full of joy. As a trainer, I am good at seeing the big picture, then zoning in and spotting exactly what people need to do to improve their skills.
