Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning (MBIR) is a powerful and simple technique that combines, energy therapy, tapping, NLP with mindfulness. This releasing technique does not require that you analyse, understand or talk about the problem in order to work with it.
During the course you will see demonstrations and have plenty of opportunity to practice. You will also be taught the science beneath MBIR which will include, understanding the importance of the vagus nerve and the hearts role in health. You will also be taught how to switch off the fight or flight response naturally.
MBIR is a therapy in its own right. It is also a powerful technique that can be combined with EFT.
