Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning (MBIR) is a powerful and simple technique that combines, energy therapy, tapping with mindfulness. This releasing technique does not require that you analyse, understand or talk about the problem in order to work with it.
During the online course you will see demonstrations and have plenty of opportunity to practice. You will also be taught the science beneath MBIR which will include, understanding the importance of the vagus nerve and the hearts role in health. You will also be taught how to switch off the fight or flight response naturally and create a safe state prior to dealing with “the problem”. You will be taught how to gently with with trauma.
MBIR is a therapy in its own right. It is used with both adults and children.
It is also a powerful technique that can be combined with EFT.
