My next online EFT Level 1 training is starting on Thursday 28th September 2023.

I LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping. It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results.

The aim of Level 1 is to give you the skills and confidence to work with yourself first of all, and also friends and family in a non-professional capacity.

My own EFT journey started in 2008, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now. Having trained in coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy, as soon as I trained in EFT, I knew that it was the technique for me. EFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques.

This training is split into 4 x 3 hour modules, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
