Event Description:
Are you an EFT practitioner interested in boosting your self-care and practitioner skills? This 4 wk/6 Hr series meets 11am- 12:30pm EST (NY USA time) will explore energy self-care for yourself and your clients, especially in light of political and emotional upheaval of the COVID years. Safe, nurturing support with practitioners just like you to boost your practice with learning and awareness. Open to fellow trainers as well!

This study group will help participants focus on their personal journey and self-care intentions. We will integrate a variety of processes and self-awareness tools including material from Julia Cameron’s renowned best-seller The Artist’s Way, mind-body awareness, meditation and small group exercises. Whether you are writing a book or building a business, you’ll re-energize your practice and release the blocks that hold you back. We’ll use our Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) skills to shift perspectives.
