Building on what you’ve learned in the Introduction to Emotional First-Aid class (Jan. 12th), or if you already have been to one of my EF-A classes or presentations, join us for a more practiced, hands-on Intermediate class. We’ll take a hands-on approach to the theory and basics already learned, putting them into use on real world, everyday interventions and strategies. A combination of Borrowing Benefits and Role Play Practice will create confidence as well as coherence in how to use embodies grounding and healing, in the moment.
Note: EFT Guild members will see a discounted price in the listing.
