In this course I’ll break it down into teachable skills that you can learn and get great results with yourself, your friends and family, and your clients. The training will be full of practice and demos, we’re going to have a lot of fun together and also heal each other as we learn. This combined Level One and Two course conforms to the rigorous certification training stipulated by EFT International.

Level 1 is an introductory course which teaches you basic EFT techniques.

Level 2 teaches you all the foundational skills you will need to practise in order to get certified as an EFT Practitioner.

This combined Level 1 and 2 training is the first stage to getting your accredited certificate as an EFT practitioner.

If you are simply interested in deepening your knowledge about EFT, you are still more than welcome to join the live training for your own interest and benefit.

• The biology of trauma and how EFT can be a trauma-informed therapy
• Using “gentle” EFT techniques
• Professional skills such as using intuition, calibration and more

About me: I’m in my happy place when teaching and helping people. In this course I combine my teaching skills from my former career teaching adults English in Asia with my experience as an EFT practitioner helping women overcome their blocks to leading lives full of joy. As a trainer, I am good at seeing the big picture, then zoning in and spotting exactly what people need to do to improve their skills.

FAQ

? When are the live sessions?
We will be meeting 8 times for 3 hours each session, 9am – 12:30 pm UK, starting on September 23rd 2026

? What happens if I miss a session?
If you wish to work towards accreditation, please attend all of the sessions live. In exceptional circumstances you may be able to make up the learning if you are unable to avoid missing a session due to illness, etc. This course is intensive and the live sessions will mainly involve practical skills and cannot easily be made up.

? How do I get certified?
After attending this training course, I can give you a certificate of attendance. This will not qualify you to be a practitioner. If you would like accredited certified Practitioner status from EFT International, you have 12 months from the end of the training course to complete the following steps:
• Complete 50 logged sessions of EFT practice
• Submit 4 case studies to Alice (no additional cost)
• Complete 6 hours of group mentoring with Alice (additional cost of £197)
• Online multiple choice exam (£15 paid directly to EFTi)
• Membership of EFTi (£45 paid yearly to EFTi)
• Professional insurance

I will support this cohort every step of the way, helping you get set up with practice partners, guiding you with case studies, and making sure you get everything done as effortlessly as possible and in a timely fashion – there will be no last-minute rushes and horrible pressure!
