The Age of Rage
If you live on planet earth, the “Age of Rage” affects you. It will run its course, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make it easier to deal with. You can help calm things a bit for yourself, fellow earth travellers and the earth.
Here are a few of options to consider:
- Release built up anger about the “Age Of Rage” with some “rant” tapping.
RANT TAPPING
Whether you are personally caught up in the rage, angry or outraged about the “Age of Rage”, understand that your anger is damaging not only to your well being, but adds to the energy of global rage. Some vigorous rant tapping will make a difference for you and the unfortunate epidemic.
Go with what feels right to you. Never mind a setup, unless you feel so inclined. You can begin at the top of the head and go though the sequence, including the side of the hand when it feels right. With great emphasis (in a place where you aren’t apt to startle others!) express your thoughts and feelings freely. The more you tap the better, the more emphatically the better. Go ahead, you’ll be surprised at how great it feels!
- If other emotions such as despair, sadness or hopelessness describe the way it makes you feel, get busy tapping through them!
EMOTIONS OF DESPAIR
You can use basic EFT with this, but here’s a little starter.
Even though I am filled with despair and deeply saddened by all this rage, I choose peace within and send healing energy to the planet and all its inhabitants.
- You CAN make a difference! We can all tap specifically to soften the impact of this epidemic on the people and the earth. As you do this, know you’ll borrow the benefits at the same time!

Hi there,
As a EFT tapping practitioner based in Stroud UK with a background in modern languages, I am fascinated with how we use language to express feelings. When people describe anger using words, the imagery is normally hot, red and with lots of explosive energy involved – like blowing a fuse for example.
My clients know EFT is a wonderfully effective way to safely to get our angries out, and actually have a bit of fun doing it at the same time. I was working with a psychologist client recently, who really needed a good rant, and so she and I ranted, and really, really ranted to our fullest extent. We burst into laughter at one point when I suggested that next round she express her anger with feeling, as if she hadn’t already expressed enough! The effect of that last burst of laughter in combination with the tapping and ranting was to immediately lift her depression which she had been storing on and around her shoulders like a heavy weight.
