This article is about the effectiveness of using EFT, emphasizing safety and taking small steps over time, to help people with chronic illness heal their nervous systems. As their WOT grows, their biochemistry also changes, making it possible for them to heal from chronic pain, fatigue and other long-standing health issues they may have been told they “just need to live with”. My own personal experience is reflective of the fact that this group of people have significant early traumas and can easily be overwhelmed by going too far, too fast!
